Attorney – Shannon Simpson

I first met Shannon in 2007 which started out being a very dark time in my life. I found out that my marriage was in trouble and my brother was given 90 days to live due to cancer. As it turned out he died in 30 days. And I was still trying to come to terms with my marriage probably ending in a divorce. Not having a lot of experience with attorneys, I started asking around to see who other people had used and that’s when I was given Shannon’s name. My 1st consultation with Shannon was ironically on the day of my 36th wedding anniversary. But after meeting Shannon and her Legal Assistant, Bev, I knew that I had made the right decision. There were a lot of tears and tissues during that meeting and the many that followed. I have always said it takes the 3 F’s to make it through tough times-faith, family, and friends. And I would put Shannon into the friend category. But I also feel that she has the 3 C’s-competent, concerned, and compassionate. I can truly say that she went out of her way to help me through a tough time and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an attorney.

Divorce is never easy, however, with Shannon’s knowledge, strength, grace, and expertise, she made a stressful, difficult situation, a little less so. When I didn’t know the answers, or couldn’t figure out which direction I should go, Shannon was always there to help guide me through the overwhelming process that divorce can be. 
She has an amazing courtroom presence, that, quite frankly, I am still in awe over. Not only does she have a very thorough, comprehensive understanding of the law, which always made me feel very confident in her abilities, but she also made me feel very protected and secure, which to me, is an important feeling to have in a divorce case. 

I could go on and on about how amazing this woman is, along with Bev, her Legal Assistant. Those two ladies helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life, both professionally and personally, and I will be forever grateful to both of them.
