What Clients Say
I first met Shannon in 2007 which started out being a very dark time in my life. I found out that my marriage was in trouble and my brother was given 90 days to live due to cancer. As it turned out he died in 30 days. And I was still trying to come to terms with my marriage probably ending in a divorce. Not having a lot of experience with attorneys, I started asking around to see who other people had used and that’s when I was given Shannon’s name. My 1st consultation with Shannon was ironically on the day of my 36th wedding anniversary. But after meeting Shannon and her Legal Assistant, Bev, I knew that I had made the right decision. There were a lot of tears and tissues during that meeting and the many that followed. I have always said it takes the 3 F’s to make it through tough times-faith, family, and friends. And I would put Shannon into the friend category. But I also feel that she has the 3 C’s-competent, concerned, and compassionate. I can truly say that she went out of her way to help me through a tough time and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an attorney.
The team of Shannon Simpson and Bev Driver came highly recommended from a close friend of mine. I feel that I had the best of the best in my corner and it was proven to me going through this process. They truly have your best interest at heart and you are not viewed as another number that walked through the doors. Through the process of my divorce, I lost my mom as well. They were there in my corner as well helping me along the way. I would consider Shannon Simpson and Bev Driver the most sincere, compassionate, and honest people that I have met today. They have the ability to help you see the forest through the trees, keeping you focused on what lies ahead.
I truly feel that I was blessed by having this team in my corner while going through this process. They became part of my family through this process in helping me in many different ways. If you are looking for the “best of the best” then look no further. This is a firm that I would highly recommend to anyone that is willing to give 100%, as you will see in the end they will do the same. Some helpful advice: Remember Rome wasn’t built overnight, and your divorce proceedings won’t be either. I learned to have a lot more patience and let them do the job they were hired to do.
Divorce is never easy, however, with Shannon’s knowledge, strength, grace, and expertise, she made a stressful, difficult situation, a little less so. When I didn’t know the answers, or couldn’t figure out which direction I should go, Shannon was always there to help guide me through the overwhelming process that divorce can be.
She has an amazing courtroom presence, that, quite frankly, I am still in awe over. Not only does she have a very thorough, comprehensive understanding of the law, which always made me feel very confident in her abilities, but she also made me feel very protected and secure, which to me, is an important feeling to have in a divorce case.
I could go on and on about how amazing this woman is, along with Bev, her Legal Assistant. Those two ladies helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life, both professionally and personally, and I will be forever grateful to both of them.
The first meeting with Shannon and Bev I was scared and confused. They talked to me and assured me that I was going to be fine and get through this. I did and I am fine. They were beside me all the way. They answered all my questions. I would truly recommend Shannon to anyone facing this situation. I left there feeling like a ton of weight lifted off me and have made some great friends.
