On behalf of our Team at Simpson Legal Group, LLC, our hearts go out to all of those impacted by COVID-19. Our Team focus, as always, is on the health and safety of our employees and clientele, while providing excellent legal services.
We recognize that the situation is changing rapidly, and, in an effort to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we have decided to take on a different approach to our work environment and personal meetings. Therefore, in an effort to reduce risk and prioritize well being, we have instituted remote access workstations for all of our employees to allow them to work safety from home, allowing them to continue to meet the needs of their families and work responsibilities to the highest standard. Additionally, we have, for the protection of our clientele, instituted tele-conferencing to allow our Team to continue our consultations and scheduled in-person meetings in a safe and productive confidential environment.
In addition to the foregoing, we have instituted a drop off procedure for all necessary large document requests. We maintain, at the front of our office, a large locked dropbox to accommodate the receipt of all necessary documentation. Facsimile and email services for document delivery remain available as well.
We know that these times call for unique measures. Please know, however, that during this time, we remain committed to providing our clients with excellent legal services.
